bonvelo singlespeed bikes are all equipped with a headset from Neco, a caliper-braking system from Promax that really packs a punch along with elegant dropouts and the latest generation of WTB Freedom-Thickslick tires. The wheels with aluminum high-profile rims come with robust Freedom Thickslick tires. On the back wheel, we’ve opted for a Novatec flip-flop hub with sealed industrial bearings. This allows you to switch between freewheel and fixed-gear by simply turning the back wheel around. Weighing in at 11 kg, our fixie/single-speed »Blizz« is considered a racing bike. It comes standard with two mounted caliper brakes. For riding in the dark, we recommend the use of bright LED lights, which are also available in our shop. Need some mudguards? Of course we have that in our shop too! For online orders, we’ll send you your bike 85% pre-assembled via UPS within 1-2 business days. The tools to finish assembling and instructions are included. All that needs to be done is tightening the handlebars, the front wheel, the pedals and the seat. For customers from the Hamburg area, your pre-ordered bike could also be picked up in the bonvelo bike-box or fully assembled from our single-speed showroom in Hamburg Bahrenfeld if desired.
